Spotted at the mechanics - OK, but... what's this car?!

This oldie was spotted at a tire shop in Grisignano di Zocco (Vicenza - Italy), where we had to service the car because of a puncture. I wasn't there so I couldn't ask for more information, yet my father thought it was a good idea to take some shots with his cell phone. I was actually surprised of this technological effort of him.

Anyway, I have no idea on what it is. It looks British, which means near to nothing given the possible time frame when this car was born. I don't even know if the name "Susie" written near the front grille is of an indication, but the internet appears to have never heard of such a name for a car company.

So I'm hear if someone help did and if he/she knows something more on this car.

Feel free to express your guesses in the comments below.

So it appears to be an Austin Seven, possibly a Special based on it as that was the destiny of many Sevens over the decades.

Thanks to Henk4 from Ultimatecarpage.com :D
