2011 24 Hours of Spa-Franchorchamps, LIVE streaming!

I was going to post the usual series of streaming for this endurance race, and eventually found that the fellows over Bsim Racing did a wonderful job at that.
So this time you've got to thank someone else ;)

You can find the live timing over here.

Not sure if Radio Le Mans will do some coverage, so here is the link just in case.

Enjoy the live streaming of the race after the jump!... except it's not working, not even on the official website...?!

Lucky us there is still the Audi LIVE feed over here. According to Audi itself they will be straming the whole 24 hours of the race!!!

2011 24 Hours of Le Mans, LIVE Streaming!

The only bad thing about this year 24 Heuers of Le Mans is that Aston Martin screwed up its car, big time. So it's once again a two men race, with both Audi and Peugeot showing off their brand new weapons of track destruction.

While the new Peugeot 908 looks just about the same as the old 908 HDi FAP, the new Audi R18 is completely different despite vaguely resembling the R15, except it got a canopy this time.

Both cars are designed around the new set of rules with modified aerodynamics and reduced engine displacement. It's hard to say if they are faster because of the design's quality, or because of the huge budget both teams has compared to even Aston Martin Racing itself.

That's the same reason why it's hard to tell if diesel powered cars are indeed faster. I guess we'll never know by the look of things.

Regardless, it's time for the action on track to talk for itself. Will Peugeot drive its cars to destruction once again, or did Audi fix all those small issues which were holding the R18 back?

We'll know in 24 hours.

Keep in mind that this page may often be updated depending on the quality of the streams I may find and whatnot. You may have noticed there isn't a chat box on the right anymore. Damn spammers. You can still drop a comment or send me an email if you want.

I'm not even sure how much of the race I'll be able to follow myself.
I know I'll be on MSN with a few friends for a while though.

Check out all the LIVE feeds after the jump, and be sure to tune on Radio Le Mans for an excellent English commentary!

Beware of the Peugeot LIVE feed, audio will start automatically, in French of course.

2010 24 Hours of Le Mans, RACE, streaming LIVE!

Yeah, this new Audi's paint job is horrible.

Anyway, first of all huge thanks to Peugeot and Peugeot for providing us with another excellent quality streaming to enjoy the race. Yeah, the commentary is in French, but can always rely on Radio Le Mans for a better comprehension of what's going on there.
As usual many channels to enjoy the race should be available, and when I find others to add I'll update the page, so if the streaming you're watching foes offline, try refreshing the page, OK?

Other than that, live timing is provided by the ACO itself, the suggested commentary is once again from the folks over Radio Le Mans, and hopefully as many videos as possible will be provided by other enthusiasts all around the world.

24 Hours of Le Mans, LIVE streaming of the whole race!
Will you last 24 hours of tight competition? You should.

For some chat activity, I'll reanimate my MSN account, drop me an email, if you're interested.

All links, videos and stuff after the jump!

2010 24 Hours of Le Mans, Friday qualifying session, LIVE streaming

Two days left before of another mighty race from Le Mans.
This is the last qualifying session before of the warm-up Saturday in the morning.
So far, Peugeot is dominating the scene taking 1-2-3-4 provisionally, Audi took 5-6-7, with the first petrol powered cars the Lola-based Aston Martin taking 8-9-10.
Will it change, will the revised R15 TDI "plus" manage to beat to older 908 HDi FAP? Or perhaps AM will manage to storm the race and took petrol on the highest spots once again.
We can only wait an see.

Enjoy the LIVE streamings after the jump, many channels are available, and will be updated as soon as others come to the surface.

2010 ALMS 12 Hours of Sebring, LIVE!

So, yeah, I'm late, but I was fighting an infestation of parasite caterpillars in our garden... kinda cool, isn't it?!

Just make the jump for a LIVE streaming of the 12 Hours of Sebring race. Too bad Audi isn't there trying to fight against the Peugeot tea, so it's probably the fight between the GT cars to get the award for the most interesting category this time.

Since the streaming is in French, you should drop the volume of the streaming and turn on Radio Le Mans.
Just head HERE, and click on the "LISTEN LIVE" button on the top right corner.

Enjoy the race.

2009 FIA GT - Zolder, GT3 Race 2, LIVE streaming of the last event of the season

After Andrea Bertolini and Michael Bartels clinched the 2009 FIA GT1 title, and Richard Westbrook finally had his hands on the GT2 title, let's see how it ends in the GT3 category.
This series has been such a huge revelation, and just keeps getting better and better. After all the actions and crashes at Paul Ricard last time, this race is going to be as much interesting as they have always been.
Follow the jump for live streaming and timing.
Cheers.

2009 FIA GT - Zolder, race. This is it, LIVE streaming of the last race of the FIA GT Championship as we know it.

We'll talk later about what's going to change and what that will mean.
What you have to focus on now is the last race of the season, last time you'll see these rockets thundering on the track. Yes all of them received the green light to race even next year, but with their performance highly affected by the new rules.

Never mind, this is how the qualifying ended.
We have GT1championship leaders, Michael Bartels and Andrea Bertolini in 6th position on the starting grid in their #1 Vitaphone Maserati MC12, a bit disappointing. Right in from of them there is the #19 Luc Alphand Adventures Corvette Z06 driven by Xavier Maassen and Thomas Biagi. The #8 Sangari Corvette Z06 driven by last race winning Bernoldi and Streit couple is 4th.
Third spot is owned by #33 Vitaphone DHL Maserati MC12 driven by Alex Pier Guidi and car mate Matteo Bobbi. Second place has been take by the #2 MC12 driven my Ramos and Muller, while the title contenders of Pekaracing, Anthony Kumpen and Mike Hezemans, took the pole position in their #4 Corvette Z06.

That's not how the race is going to start thoug, as Pole-setter Anthony Kumpen and second-fastest qualifying man Alex Müller both received grid penalities due to setting their best times under yellow flags during yesterday's qualifying session.
So the new starting grid now is: the nr 33 Vitaphone Racing Team DHL Maserati MC 12 starting from first position, alongside the nr 8 Sangari Team Brazil Corvette. The second row will be the nr 19 Luc Alphand Aventures Corvette, alongside Championship leader nr 1 Vitaphone Maserati MC 12. The third row will be Longin and Ruffier in the nr 3 SRT Corvette, alongside Championship contenders Hezemans and Kumpen, with the nr 2 Vitaphone Maserati on the fourth row alongside the nr 35 Nissan GT-R.
The #1 MC12 is leading by a tight 4 points gap over the #4 Corvette.

In GT2, #50 AF Corse Ferrari F430 GT2 driven by Gianmaria "Jimmy" Bruni took the pole position, ahead of Bergmeister in his Porsche 997 GT3 RSR. Championship contender Richard Westbrook is third in once another Porsche 911, while former his team mate and now opponent Emanuel Collard is 9th in his new #97 Porsche 911 GT3 RSR, albeit qualifie by his new car mate Ragginger.

On a final note, next year GT1 cars, the Matech Ford GT1 and the Nismo GT-R R35, barely managed to qualify ahead of GT2 cars. I'd have expected some better results by the end of this experimental season. I'm more interested in good action and motorsports rather than pure speed and performance, so we'll next year how it'll be.

Follow the jump for the usual live streaming and live timing of this last thrilling FIA GT event from Zolder.

Last ALMS round from Monterey (aka Laguna Seca), broadcasted, or is it streamed?! who cares...

The actual show was on yesterday, but no one was streaming it, so we have to be happy with this tape-recorded version courtesy of SpeedTV.
I'm not going to write how that it ended, so no spoiler alert as well.

This is the last round of the 2009 ALMS Championship, you better seat comfortably and enjoy the show, four hours of motorsports are waiting for you.

2009 FIA GT - Paul Ricard HTTT Race, LIVE streaming is on!

The race will start in 40 minuts or so at 13:15 (UK time), so you still have some time to gather some chips and beer/coca cola/sprite whatever you may prefer.
Seat comfortably on the sofa, turn off the phone and enjoy once another hopefulyl eventfulfrom r one of my favourites motorsports.
The battle for the tittle could be tighter with both Hezemans, Kumpens in their #4 Corvette C6.R and Bartels, Bertolini in their #1 Maserati MC12 at 45 points and the same placements over the season, with just to more races to go.
GT2 category looks as busy as the GT1, with Bruni, Villander on the recently updated Ferrari F430 Gt2 leading by just one point over Collard, Westbrook in their Porsche 997 GT3 RSR.

Be my guest for this event and enjoy the race.

2009 ALMS Petit Le Mans, Streaming, LIVE! --->>> OVER damn rain

EDIT: race called due to rain, result:
- Peugeot 1-2 in P1
- Dyson 1st in P2
- Risi first in GT2

Ok, I 'm late as I wasn't at home, and the race right now is red flagged as heavy rain is preventing any sort of activity on the track.
The cars have been lined-up in the pit-lane, and crews can't touch them, and so drivers.
Right now the previous race from Mosport is on, waiting for the action to start again.
Follow the jump for the streaming, the actual race should be back again soon.
Peugeot is leading with Montagny, sister car is second while the Audi R15 is in third position.
Dryson Racinbg is leading in P2, and Risi Competizione is at the head of GT2.
As you know no one is racing in GT1 anymore since Corvette pulled the plug on its program to focus on the new GT2 car. Too bad.

Looking for a 24 Hours of Spa streaming

As suggested by the title, today it's the big one for GT racing, as the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps will start at 16 pm (GMT +1).
After some problematic qualifying sessions interrupted by heavy rain, it's time to show what each car and team can do. Maserati brought there three MC12s as opposed to the usual two cars fighting for the last GT Championship in which we could see this mighty car.
Next year as you may know rules will change drastically, and all of the present cars couldn't run anymore. Up to now there are only three cars eligible for the 2010 Championship, being the Matech Ford GT1, the Nissan GT-R GT1 and the yesterday unveiled right at Spa, Reiter Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 R-SV.
The Aston Martin DBR9, Masarti MC12, Reiter Murcielago R-GT, Corvette C6.R and Saleen S7-R won't race anymore.
It's a real shame I think, as they surely still have a lot of potential, but who are we to decide?
It's also an event in which to see Jacque Villeneuve racing again, this time in a Mosler MT900, and to assist to the racing debut of the Maserati GranTurismo MC GT4, entered by team AF Corse.

As a commemorative occasion, I'd like to "broadcast", or better to post a streaming video of the 24 of Spa, but since it seems the race isn't gathering much attention, I could need you help to find a streaming.

Let's see what we can do now, we still have 4 hours to the start of the race!
