EVERYBODY BE COOL, THIS IS A ROBBERY

OK folks, all activities are temporarily put on halt over here.
First of all I'm quite busy, trying to find my way trough my everyday duties and university's stuff.
Second, the wholw blog has been hijacked by some funny dude out there.

This silly guy just copied and pasted all of my posts since September without contacting me asking for permission, without any sort of mention to the original source and author, let alone any sort of backliking.
He runs a blog with a vague reference to Bugatti, but I'm not going to give him a free link here ;)

It isn't an unusual fact thought, the Internet has been plagued by this sort of behavior since a lot of time, and people tend to believe you can't do something against it, that this is the internet, things are free for grab and you must accept it.
Actually it took me and the girlfriend 30 minutes to find plenty of tips and guides to deal with this sort of situation, and I'm already after it.
As a reference, have a look at these two very helpful links on the subject:
What to do When Someone Steals Your Blog’s Content – Blog Plagiarism
What Do You Do When Someone Steals Your Content « Lorelle on WordPress

Copyright is a nice thing. That's why I like Picasa, it doesn't pretend to have the right to use the images you post at its own will, they are still yours. Flickr on the other hand doesn't provide this helpful feature, and that's why I won't use it.

I even found an auction on a forum, where someone was trying to sell the bogus blog (or splog - spam blog) for 30 $. Heck, didn't know I was worth 30 flipping dollars! It's time to party!

I'll let you know how things will work, so far I sent an e-mail to the pseudo-blogger and asked him to take the required steps on the deal.

Next time just ask, I might say YES.

Cheers,

THE REAL ITALIAN JUNKYARD

PS: I suppose this post will appear on the other splog as well, kinda hilarious.
